Acceptance of orders: All orders imply full acceptance of our General Terms and Conditions of Sale, unless otherwise stipulated on the order. The latter must be in writing. All orders placed on the site are payable. If you cancel your order, you will be charged a cancellation fee.
Terms of payment: The deadlines fixed at the time of the order and accepted by the customer are mandatory. In the case of cash payment provided for in the invoice, payment must reach the Company indicated within 10 days. In the case of a bill of exchange sent for acceptance, the bill of exchange must be returned signed and domiciled within 24 hours, in accordance with Article 125 of the Commercial Code. Non-compliance with the payment terms accepted at the time of ordering shall result in the following as from the second month of delay: Payment of interest at the bank base rate plus 6 points. Recourse to our legal services shall entail the payment of an indemnity for collection costs equal to 15% of the amount of the invoice excluding tax, as well as a fixed indemnity for collection costs of 40 euros. In the event of legal proceedings, the costs shall be borne by the debtor (article 700 of the new civil procedure code). The buyer shall not use a complaint against the seller as a reason to postpone the payment of a due date. The customer has a period of 10 days following receipt of the goods to address any complaint to the seller by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt. Bank charges related to the payment of invoices shall be borne exclusively by the sender of the transfer and therefore by the payer of the invoice.
Guarantee: We undertake to deliver goods that comply with the specifications of the order. In no case shall our company be held responsible for material damage of any kind that could be the direct or indirect consequence of a poor adaptation of the product or its defective use. We do not accept any return of goods without our prior written agreement. Any document entrusted by a customer and not claimed within the period of one year and one day becomes the property of SIFF 18.
Retention of title: SIFF 18 retains full ownership of the goods and works until full payment of the invoiced price.
Jurisdiction: In the event of a dispute, the Tribunal de Commerce de Pontoise shall have sole jurisdiction.
